What I collect and why

When you subscribe to a freebie or newsletter: your first name and email address. I use these to send you what you asked for and, if you agreed, occasional emails about content and my services. Legal basis: your consent.

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email, Instagram handle and whatever you tell me about your business. I use this to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

When you buy something: your name, email and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. I keep invoice records as required by Italian tax law. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.

When you browse: your IP address and technical data, plus analytics and cookie data if you have consented. See the Cookie Policy.

Who else processes your data
Squarespace (website hosting), Flodesk (email), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and fonts), Meta (Instagram content embedded on this site). Some of these are based outside the EU and transfer data on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell your data and I do not share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data: up to two years from our last contact. Invoicing data: ten years, as Italian law requires.

Your rights
You can ask me to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, or send it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time, including by clicking unsubscribe in any email. Write to [email] and I will reply within thirty days.

If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes
